I am a Spiritual Healer and Teacher.
I use my Training and skills as a Therapist through my work as a Family Constellation Facilitator, Reiki Master & Teacher of the Philosophy of Louise L. Hay to support people in bringing about a positive change in their lives.
I allow a safe space for healing & personal growth. Just as our mind affects our body, our body also affects our mind. We can consciously use our body to change how we feel about ourselves.
My vision is that in the understanding of ourselves we can be free from the past and learn to love ourselves exactly as we are in the here and now.

Chakra & Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a gentle hands on healing technique to balance the body’s energy centers know as chakras. It treats the whole person including body, mind, emotion and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well being.
Family Constellation is a powerful method for healing personal and family difficulties. This work brings to light hidden dynamics in the family system that may be blocking the orders of love. There is great love and pain in all families. Through a deep love and acceptance of all that happened we can eventually leave the past behind.
Heal Your Life Workshops
“Love Yourself, Heal Your Life” is a powerful workshop developed by renowned author Louise L. Hay. It gives participants an intensive format to learn the basic points of Louise’s philosophy, to develop awareness of negative beliefs, to release old emotions, to love themselves more fully, and practice the techniques for changing their lives. Come prepared for transformation.

Brid Harty
Brid worked for thirty years as a Nurse and is also a qualified Midwife. She started training in Holistic Therapies in 2001 and worked for many years as a Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner while continuing to study personal development. Brid qualified as a Louise Hay Teacher in England in 2009 and has obtained an Advanced Certificate in Adlerian Psychology and Counselling Skills and is qualified to facilitate Teen Empowerment Workshops in combination with Emotional Freedom Technique. She has been studying & participating in Family Constellation Therapy for 10 years & has trained with International Therapist Svagito Libermeister in Spain. Wherever you are on your path in this journey called life Brid with her intuitive knowledge, training and vast experience as a Heal Your Life Teacher, Reiki/Seichem Master and Family Constellation Facilitator can support you to bring about a positive change in your life. She runs workshops throughout Ireland and one to one Healing sessions from the beautiful setting of Holycross Village in the Heart of County Tipperary.
